Returns

We accept returns only for defective or damaged products. Our return policy allows for returns within 7 days of delivery, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at order@granulesnbeans.com with your order number and relevant images or videos of the damaged or defective product.

Once we receive your request, we will create a ticket and respond within 48 working hours to confirm acceptance or rejection of your refund or exchange request.

Refunds

Upon receiving returned orders, we will process refund initiation and notify you through appropriate communication channels. Refunds are typically credited to the original payment source within 30 days. Shipping charges are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placement. Once tracking or dispatch details are shared, orders cannot be canceled.
